I believe your site may be a bit messed up. If you removed the plugin you shouldn’t see in your plugins list. If you are not able to remove the plugin from the admin panel, you may still delete it by removing the the plugin’s folder (/wp-content/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/) throught FTP or using a file manager web app.
Anyway if the plugin is deactivated it shouldn’t have any effect, so if you’re experiencing issues even with the plugin disabled, it’s likely to be caused by something else.
