    I use Black Studio TinyMCE Widget to write up the “about us” page by inserting Visual Editor Widget into the page, after completing the write-up, I could not save an exit from the “Edit Visual Editor Widget” pop-up page. the write-up will disappear if I refreshed the “about us” page. please advise me how to resolve the issue

    Concerning black-studio-tinymce-widget. How doo you upload to the content directory? Idoes not show up on the widget page

    @luseah Are you using a plugin to add pages to a particular page (i.e. Page Builder)? Please read our FAQ about troubleshooting.

    @davidbellinger Since it looks your issue is totally different from the one above, it would have been better to open a new topic. Anyway, you should have the “Add media” button above the editor. If you don’t have it, please check our FAQ about troubleshooting.
