Blank back end?

I migrated a site from one host to another and I’ve noticed that some time recently ACF stopped working properly. The 2 fields I set don’t show up on any page in the backend although the text I had previously set in them is still functioning. I cannot add or edit any custom fields because the only thing that shows up on the admin panel is the title. I have turned debug on and am getting no errors. I have switched themes and still have the issue, and I have turned off and on all my plugins to no success. Apart from that the other server with the same wordpress version and plugins does work, so I think it’s a server setting but I don’t know what to look for. Any ideas?
