# Blank editor error

 * After installing and activing Classic Editor, in Add New Topic screen, the visual
   editor just show a blank screen and I can’t type anything.
 * I diagnose the issue in my browse and there are some error:

 * Please help me to solve this issue.

 * Hi [@huypham1989](https://wordpress.org/support/users/huypham1989/) there might
   be some conflict with other plugins or the theme.
 * Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes.
   If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your
   troubles.
   If you are worried about how your site will look when you deactivate
   the plugin, you can use the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot your site [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)
