# Blank Forms

   email address through the contact form, like this one:
 * From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
   Subject: [your-subject]
 * Message Body:
   [your-message]
 * — 
   This e-mail was sent from a contact form on My Soul Tripping ([https://mysoultripping.com](https://mysoultripping.com/))
 * any idea why and how to fix it?

 * You can try to install the WP Armour plugin. It has helped me to eliminate spam

 * I looked into the form on the contact page, and I see that you’re using hCaptcha
   integration. If you’d like to prevent spam submissions, you can also checkout
   the tools we offer as mentioned in this [documentation](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-prevent-spam-in-wpforms/).
 * When you have some time, can you please share the export copy of the form using
   file sharing tools like Google Drive so I can take a closer look?

 * did you receive my email with the requested attachments? do you have some feedback
   on this?
 * I see that when the newsletter form is filled only with email address (as it 
   should be) I receive a blank like the mentioned with no details whatsoever.

 * I looked into my email, and I apologize if I’m missing something but I don’t 
   see a email containing the details I requested. Further, we’re not allowed to
   communicate or share information using email. When you have sometime, can you
   please share the URL from where I can download the form for some testing?
