# Blank install.php Page

 * I’ve set everything up in a subdirectory but must have overlooked something. 
   When I visit wp-admin/install.php it’s blank.
 * I do see a php script error on my server that says, “[15-Jul-2007 15:52:00] PHP
   Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: wp_rewrite in /big/dom/xcalifornia_travels/
   www/wordpress/wp-settings.php on line 231 “. Sorry but I don’t have clue what
   it means.

 * I think all is well. I deleted the files and reloaded. This time I uploaded the
   folder called wordpress rather than just files that were in the folder called
   wordpress.
 * Anyway I’m at the dsahboard.
