can you share a link that demonstrates this?
Also, are you using a plugin to create the pop-up modal windows, or is this part of your theme/page builder?
With modals, it’s often that there is CSS that prevents the content from being displayed. This can, however, be corrected using @meia print CSS.
If you are using popup maker, then this thread will be of help:
The modals are created from the Learndash plugin as part of their in-build system.
I never had a problem with the previous version of Print-matic.
Here is the screenshot.

I was trying to check the CSS but nothing appears to be out of order.

the only way we can get see how the css is rendering is to see the css being rendered. If you can not share a link, or a link to the plugin required to recreate the issue on our test servers, then best reach out to the plugin developer of the modal window and ask them about this issue, specifically any @media print CSS.
In the meantime, best stick with the pre 2.0 version for now.
We have installed Learndash LMS and have setup a course, lesson, topic.
For us to recreate the issue on our test server we will need to have more details on:
part of their in-build system.
The link to the screenshot posted is not valid.
If you are interested in a solution to this issue then post back with details on how to recreate the issue.
In the meantime we’ll leave the issue open for a week or so.
You need to create a course with a quiz that you can take and have a page with [ld_profile] shortcode so it shows the access to the course and the quiz taken (plus prin-matic plugin of course)
Course created with a quiz.
Page created with [ld_profile].
No popup modal window created.
The ld_profiel is used to:
display the user’s courses in ascending order by course title
Since Learn Dash is a professional LMS plugin, you might consider reaching out to their support with a reference back to this thread. Happy to assist getting our plugin to work with a modal window, but we can not recreate the issue on our end.
Did you take the quiz in order to show the result on the dashboard?
Any news on this? You need to take a quiz in order to show the statistic icon in the dashboard. It’s still a problem with the new update.

Have you reached out to Learn Dash?
I tried they say to get back to you.
So since I can’t go back and forth I’ll change to another plugin. Thank you for your time
