Can you try deactivating the merging of JS and CSS files.
If you have http2 enabled, you should not have merging enabled as well anyway : https://tools.keycdn.com/http2-test
The entire “minify” option is not enabled to begin with (see the screenshot attached in the link below), so I guess it has nothing to do with css/js merging.

What other suggestions do you have?

Hello,
Please could you temporarily enable WordPress debugging using a plugin such as this? Once enabled, recreate the issue and see if it captures any errors in the log file.
Thanks,
OK as per your request I just installed the Debug Log Manager plugin, after the installation I enabled it and now it run on the background.
For the moment there is one error that occurred 2 times, see the screenshot attached in the link below:

Can this error be the reason for the the blank pages? If so, how can it be fixed?

Hello,
Thank you for the extra information. It may not be causing this problem but to test this please could you clear the cache so that the blank page is not visible.
Next load some pages on your site, when a blank one occurs, please take a look again at the debug log file to see if it has updated with a new warning at the time when the blank page occurred.
Thanks for the help,
OK I followed your instructions precisely, cleaned the cache, open the site again (in incognito, just to stay on the safe side), tried to visit one of the pages, and got a blank page.
Only when I refreshed the page it appeared normally again.
I looked at the clock when it happened and compared it with the error in the log file and saw that there was a new error there, the timestamp of that error does not leave room for any doubt, it was exactly at the same time when I saw the blank page. Now I am almost sure that this error is somewhat related to the blank pages issue.
Here is a screenshot of the error log file: https://pasteboard.co/11DDz1kECirq.jpg
How can we fix it?

Hello,
Thank you for confirming this, please could you perform a plugin conflict test?
After clearing the cache again, temporarily deactivate all plugins aside from WP-Optimize and Elementor.
If the blank pages do not appear and there are no further debug log entries, switch them back on one by one (testing each time) to find the conflicting plugin.
