Blank theme on v 2.8.5

    I have upgraded automatically from 2.8.4 to 2.8.5 and have been left with an almost blank screen on the theme Amazing Grace by Vladimir Prelovac.
    I have tried several other themes and bad things happen also in the theme area.
    When I use the default them it seems to be OK.
    I have currently disabled all plugins except Askimet and XML Google Sitemaps.
    Apart from theme problems every thing else seems to be OK.
    Any clues folks?
