# Blankshield Javascript file “remove unused Javascript”

 * I’m new to this forum, so would appreciate any advice given.
 * I use ithemes security and I did a pagespeed test in a site, in the results it
   stated that to improve speed I need to “remove unused Javascript” as it would
   save 2 seconds
 * the Javascript file in question is the blankshield Javascript used in ithemes(
   b473eb3866bb7056512209e71c2b5dbc.js)
 * can I remove this file or will it cause problems ? if so how do I remove it.
 * any advice please ?

 * > Protect Against Tabnapping
 * (If currently enabled).
 * To prevent any confusion, I’m not iThemes.
