 * The log of blocked IPs isn’t displayed in the Logs tab so I have no way to manually
   unblock someone.

 * Try to update or re-install the plugin. If it doesn’t help, ask your hosting 
   provider if they overwrite plugin’s pages with their custom code.

 * Do you have any related errors in the wp error log? What version of the plugin
   do you use? Are you on a regular LAMP server?
