# Block on second step

 * Hi when i try to sent an email.
    It block to secondo step, after writing my email
   if i click to “next step” (or “send preview”) nothing happens, i dont access 
   to third step and i cant send the email.
 * What can i do?
    When someone else has the same problem?

 * I don’t have the problems described in the post (Unable to drag and drop, The
   toolbar’s tabs aren’t showing,Strange behaviour with the popups), anyway i tryed
   all “Tips to detect conflicts”. But still have the same problem: i’m locked on
   secont step, when i click on “next” button nothing happens.

 * Did you try reinstalling MailPoet from the Advanced Settings? Note: this will
   nuke all your MailPoet data!
