Thanks a lot for your feedback @hansifels.
We are sad that you published this review while our team is still supporting you via email on this issue on one of your websites.
As you mentioned in your previous answers this only affects one of your websites while your other websites work perfectly with Blog2Social this seems to be an issue caused by a setting or configuration on this specific website. So there is no obvious reason to disable the plugin from your other websites.
We also can assure you that there were no changes in Blog2Social. However, it would help to solve this issue, if you could check whether there is any difference in settings from your other websites or if you have installed different plugins or themes, or if they are hosted on a different hosting provider. Any such hint could help to get to the source of the issue.
The plugin was working perfectly for weeks in the website and without any change, suddenly came the problems. I don’t know if this can happen with the rest of my websites and as I don’t have this security, I prefer not having installed it.
I have made many tests including with the hosting service and you, no solutions at the moment. You tell me is the SSL certificate, but it is the second one I’ve installed and the problem goes on. With the first one was the same problem.
Thanks for your feedback.
Please be so kind as to check if there are any differences in the settings, plugins or SSL certificates in this specific website compared to your other websites where Blog2Social is working perfectly.
We can assure you that this is no general Blog2Social issue since you mentioned that you are facing this only on one of your websites.
Of course, we will keep on supporting you in the best possible way via email to find out what is causing this for you.
I’ve been checking it for hours. Templates, servers, SSL certificates, erasing all the rest of plugins, erasing your plugin and the tables an installing again without license… always the same.
But if in the same installation I change domains, it works…
The problem is the communication of my domain and your server which delays the connection between both. You can test by yourself as I explained by mail.
I’m not going to waste more time because I have other options in the plugin’s market.
Sorry, but it’s my experience.
