Blocked my website!!! HELP

    I uninstalled the addon 6 months ago and have been struggling to get search console to find my website since then. It doesn’t find sitemap, robots.txt is OK. All extensions are uninstalled and still there is problem. Last week I rebuilt the whole website but the problem is not solved. In google search, the gear wheel is visible instead of the favicon. You must help me. This is not wise how much time I have put in and my business is not visible at all.
