 * hi [@ocio132](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ocio132/), first of all I have
to say thank you for your feedback
 * I’m guessing you’re using email from the same domain as the website, this is
a common way that scammers use to get around spam filters. So, one of the antispam
filters takes care of denying emails that have certain strings, in this case
the exact match of your website domain.
 * Try using a different email address when trying the contact form or from the
   Antispam for Contact Form 7 configuration `WPmenu > contact form 7 > antispam`
   disable “Bad email strings”.
Also from the same page at the end you should see
the list of banned ip’s, if there is yours ip address remove it
 * If you are still having problems and you are using Flamingo, you can navigate
to `WPmenu > flamingo > inbound messages > spam` and check in the status box (
top right) why the email was marked as spam.
 * Let me know if has worked! Erik

 * configuration is automatic and you don’t have to do anything, you need only to
   install [flamingo](https://wordpress.org/plugins/flamingo/).
 * When you have both flamingo and cf7a you will see on the flamingo page “inbound
mail” some changes, for example in the spam section after clicking on a mail
you can check why they were marked as spam (see the third screenshot of this
   plugin)
