Blocking AdRotate

I’m using AdRotate to manage all the ads that are running on my websites (and there are a lot of them). Very often I use ad groups so ads will rotate randomly each time the page is renewed or a new page is opened.

But now with WP Fastest Cache, the same ad is shown over and over again. Is there a way to avoid this?
