 * Plugin is working great. However, it is blocking header content on the one page
   I need blocked.

 * The plugin only blocks what is in WP’s main $content variable, which is pretty
   much going to be what is in the main content area. It runs as a function filtering
   the_content. (note that if your theme runs multiple instances of the_content(),
   then that might be part of it.)
