I have tried adding them to the whitelist, but that doesn’t seem to do anything. I’ve had to disable this plugin on one of my sites. I also can’t find where the IPs show as blocked, as in they don’t seem to show in the logs. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place. Do the country blocks outweigh a whitelisted IP? I had tried adding them, but that didn’t do anything. I’m not insisting on a refund. I just wanted to know if it’s an option. I want this all to work, not get a refund. This has caused a lot of issues for us with our customers and has taken up a lot of time.
