# Blocking message – Unauthorized

 * Hi,
 * I’ve used your plugin in the past without issues. I’ve installed it in a new 
   site and I cannot proceed to the payment. It keeps giving me this message:
 * Unauthorized, request id: hAtqPExu
    (the id changes everytime)
 * How can I solve it? I’ve tried changing the security bearer, it still gives me
   the same error.
