 * Hi,
 * I’m using UptimeRobot to monitor sites that also have ZeroSpam installed. A few
   times a day, I am notified that UptimeRobot has detected a 403 Forbidden error
   and after communicating with them, we have determined that the site is being
   blocked by ZeroSpaam. But not consistently, as the site is monitored every 5
   minutes and most of these are not being blocked.
 * UptimeRobot uses dozens of servers and I have a list of all their IP addresses.
   I know I can add them to the whitelist but is this my best option? Also, I don’t
   see any of these IP addresses in ZeroSpam’s Blacklisted IPs or Spam Detections
   at the time of the notifications.
 * Thanks.
 * -Greg

 * Hey Greg, for now, yeah just add them to the whitelist. In a future release,
   there’s a plan to compensate for non-malicious bots. If you don’t mind, shoot
   me that list of IPs ([https://benmarshall.me/contact](https://benmarshall.me/contact))
   and I’ll investigate to add those to the non-malicious bot stuff.

 * In case anyone else needs them, the IP addresses are listed at [https://uptimerobot.com/help/locations/](https://uptimerobot.com/help/locations/)
