Yes, you can do it from Appearance > Menus area, in your WordPress dashboard. 🙂

Getting around to creating a menu. There isn’t a blog page to select to add to menu. There is just the pages I added and the home page, no blog page. Where do I find it?

I suggest creating a new menu item as a link and add the link to your blog article to it. That should work fine.

Create a new page and name it Blog, in that page you can select the Blog template from the Page Template box, and then you can add that page to your menu. 🙂
