Blog post navigation below comic content?

Forgive me, as I’m very “simple” when it comes to understanding PHP/CSS and the like, but is there a way to remove the blog post navigation from the top of the page? (my site is http://thenightsurfers.com)

Right now it’s at the top of the page and the bottom of the page, and I’d like to only keep it on the bottom because it’s confusingly right next to the webcomic navigation.
