Blog RSS Link

Good morning,

I have created a page using Jupiter5 Theme and Visual Composer. The page basically displays athletes race reports for cycling. All of these posts are displayed as part of a blog. The permalink for the page is https://kylecoaching.com/kylecoaching-family/

If I wanted to use WS RSS Aggregator on a different site, how do I determine the source of the blog? When I validate https://kylecoaching.com/kylecoaching-family/ it comes back as a website, not as an RSS. I have tried every variation of https://kylecoaching.com/feed=rss, etc.
