 * I’m new to wordpress and am wondering if it’s possible to have a wordpress blog
   page inside a website that’s not a wordpress theme
 * Also is it possible to have the blog driven by excel instead of a database?
 * For ex. I would like the user to update the excel sheet for there blog instead
   of giving them access to a database
 * Any Suggestions would be great

 * WordPress cannot run without a theme and must use a database (excel is not that
   kind of database).
