Blogroll problem with target

Even though I select “Target – None” in my blogroll settings, my links are still opening up in a new window. Does anyone know how to fix this? I don’t want the links to open up into a new window.

My blogroll is shown by the tabs underneath my header. I only have links sets to “Blog” and “Contact” so far, the rest of the tabs don’t have links set yet.
