 * When is set up my website originally i took off all blogging options.
 * I have now decided i would like to have a blog on my website, but cant seem to
   get blog back on. Any suggestions?

 * What do you mean by “took off all blogging options”? Did you remove code from
   your theme etc?
 * Otherwise, I would suggest starting with your reading settings (Dashboard > Settings
   > Reading). You probably have your front page set to a static page, just set 
   your posts page to the page you would like your blog on.

 * think i might have deleted the original homepage that had the blog code on it.
   I have gone into setting> reading and have home page static and blog linked to
   new page, but nothing 🙁
 * Hope someone can help.
