Booking calendar error

Hi,
I’ve been using Booking Calendar for a while now and everything worked fine. However, for some reason now, when clients choose a timeslot for their appointment (e.g.: 10AM-11AM) they recieve a confirmation email with a wrong time (e.g. 13PM-14PM). I have checked the time zone and it is correct (Madrid, Spain). I’d really appreciate if you could tell me what the problem could be.
