Booking groups

    I have created a calendar with 30 minute slots (called slot) and a group of two 30 minute slots together (called Session). I then created a booking form to use this calendar. When a user purchases a simple product that is bound to a booking form, the user can only select the individual slots, not the group. I need the user to be able to book a one hour session but any group of slots (two slots grouped together). This will allow them to book an hour but start it on any available half hour interval. How do I associate a product or booking form with a group of slots?

    In other words, I don’t want the product to book a slot, I want it to book a session (two slots as a group).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Russ,

    – Go to Booking Activities > Booking Forms > your form
    – Then go to the “Calendar” field settings > “Filters” tab
    – Select the desired group category (you can select multiple by clicking the “+” icon next to the fields and selecting the options with CTRL+Click)

    – Optional: If you only want the groups to be available, turn ON “Groups only”.
    – Optional: If you want your customers to be able to choose between the group and the single event when they pick one, turn ON “Book grouped events alone”.

    – Validate the dialog

    Then, bind the booking form to the desired WC product (docs). Now, you should be able to pick the group of events.
