Booking without taking payment

    Hello

    I’m hoping you can help me please. A client is currently using WooCommerce, but it’s been causing her issues, so I’ve installed Event Prime instead, but we’ve gotten a bit stuck with the bookings side.

    There is a cost involved in the course, but she doesn’t want to take payment online. I do however want the event to show the cost, allow them to click purchase and enter their details, but then email the business owner so she can send them an invoice. Is this possible please?

    We tried third party and whilst we can get that to email, it just opens a blank email, so not going to work.

    On the all-events page, there are currently 2 events listed – it’s the first one that says £90 / buy tickets, that I’m trying to work out.

    So as not to cause confusion, there are more events there now, but still just the 1 which says Buy Tickets, rather than View Details.

    Our client needed to go live, so we’ve had to make all of these an email only link – not ideal, but couldn’t have one asking for payment with no payment options configured.

    Can someone please tell me if it’s possible to do what we need? It’s no problem if it’s an add-on we need to buy, I just need a solution and would love some advice please.

    Yes, what you’re trying to do is possible with EventPrime’s Offline Payments extension. It allows users to submit bookings without paying online. The event can show the cost, and upon booking, both the admin and user receive a confirmation email. You can then invoice them manually.
