 * For the issue with Critical CSS generation timing out, it is important to look
   into a few potential causes:
    1. Server resource limits could be preventing the process from completing.
    2. A conflict with another plugin or theme might be causing the timeout.
    3. There might be restrictive server rules blocking access to the critical-css-
       gen.js file.
 * To start troubleshooting, could you please:
    - Ensure your server has sufficient resources and that PHP execution times are
      set high enough.
    - Deactivate other plugins temporarily and switch to a default theme like Twenty
      Twenty-One to see if the problem persists. This will help rule out conflicts.
    - Check your site’s .htaccess file or server settings for any rules that might
      be blocking access to the Jetpack Boost plugin files.
    - Ensure your site is publicly accessible, as the Critical CSS feature requires
      external access to generate styles properly.
