Bootstrap Javascript doesn’t work after the update

Hi, first sorry for my english, it is not my native language.
I use Bootstrap 3 Shortcodes plugin that adds a shortcodes for all Bootstrap elements. After the last update of the theme Customizr 4.1.39, my “Intervenants” section is shift.

The part that should hiden with the Javascript code is now show, and the class for the different elements don’t work either. So, I used WP Rollback to bring back the old versions of the plugin, but it doesn’t work too. I can’t Rollback or download an old version of the Customizr theme and I don’t find any solutions. Maybe the bootstrap, jQuery library are not in a good implementation in the script wrap.
