Borlabs cookies issues resolved?

    Dear Sweetcode Team,

    we’re evaluating your plugin for e-commerce tracking across multiple client sites. All of them use Borlabs Cookie v3.x, and we’ve seen a report of compatibility issues (link).

    Could you share:

    • the current status—are you tracking this issue?
    • affected versions/configurations;
    • any recommended workarounds or settings; and
    • an estimated timeline for a fix or compatibility update?

    This will help us plan our next steps. We can provide logs or a staging site if that helps.

    I’m sorry that information you linked is outdated. We in the meantime have dropped support for Borlabs entirely. Please read more here: https://sweetcode.com/blog/borlabs-and-rcb-direct-support-deprecated

    The Pixel Manager out of the box supports every CMP that is compatible with the WP Content API and also with every CMP that sends Google Consent updates. All the categories that are sent in those two standardized ways are supported fully by the Pixel Manager. And if Borlabs fully supports those, which might require that they drop vendor-based support, then the Pixel Manager will work also with Borlabs Cookie.
