# Bot closes without saving

 * I installed the plugin and activated the bot. When i tested it closed the bot
   window after entering the email. the export does not show entries.
   Tested on 
   Edge

 * Thank you for using Lightstart!
 * I tested the mentioned behaviour and the subscribing option works fine for me
   on Edge.
 * Can you please check if this is a plugin conflict? You should deactivate all 
   plugins except Lightstart and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, reactivate
   them one by one until you find the compatibility problem. You can do that using
   [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/)‘s troubleshoot mode,
   so the changes won’t be visible to the users.
