Both verification methods are not working

    Uploaded and checked that the files are in place. Tried both methods. Checked Text Records via dns lookup to confirm. Waited an additional 12hrs too. Any ideas?

    Yea, I was having the same issue. Ended up uninstalling the plugin for lack of support here and installed WP Encryption SSL. Works exactly the same.

    If you are using plugin version 4.5.3 or earlier, we recommend uninstalling and deleting the plugin. Then, install the latest version (4.6.0) and complete the setup process. This update resolves all previous issues, and both HTTP and DNS verification should function correctly.
