Thank you for the advice, but no one responds to emails. Two days ago I sent an inquiry to the e-mail address provided on the website and received the reply “Please note that this channel is not for support requests”. Nothing more.
And when I try to open a ticket, I see “Premium support is available only to customers with a valid license.”. As I mentioned before, my premium period expired some time ago.

I explained that I used commercial version for several years but now it expired. You can check it if you want.
You promised that all addons will work after commercial license expires. But it looks that it’s not true.
You don’t reply my e-mails, I can’t create a ticket and you don’t want to help me here.
So where should I look for support?!! You want me to buy yet another license?
Your attitude towards a customer who has been paying for your plugin for a long time is truly disappointing.
And don’t mark a thread as resolved when it isn’t.
I close this ticket since you reached us via email and, I need to repeat myself, this is not the forum to get support for expired licenses, commercial add-ons and requests to be supported even without the terms of use.
