box doesn’t open second time round

    Hi, love the plugin!!

    But having one odd problem.

    I’ve created a popup that has the wordpress search form in it via a shortcode. This is invoked from a custom link in my main menu.

    When I click on the link the first time, the popup opens fine, but if I close the window and then try and reopen from the menu link, nothing happens.

    How can I get the popup to show whenever the button is clicked?

    any ideas please anyone?

    Here’s the link to the test site http://littlespree.aaronbennettdesigns.co.uk/ – the popup is invoked when you click on the search icon in the main menu, it shows once, but if you close it and try to reopen, it doesn’t open.

    Would hate to not be able to use this plugin as the features for automated popups are amazing.

    Hello Aaron,

    Can you please share a screenshot of the pop-up settings? Make sure the “Cookie Expiration” value is set to “0” for both “Triggered” & “Dismissed” options.
