I ran the Plugin Update to update Memphis Documents Library to version 3, after running it I get a popup that says “Version 3.0 of Memphis Documents Library now uses a new documents preview tool Called Box View.” I started it 2 midnight last night & now 12 hours later it is still running. The pop up now says “Update Has Started, DO NOT LEAVE THIS PAGE”. Prior to the update I know that I have this plugin deactivated, & even when I had it running there were not more the 20 books in the library. It seem that the Box View is in a loop. How do I stop it without crashing my site or messing up the library?

How many documents do you have on the site.

In the meantime if you choose not to update to box view your site should work normally just now previews.

Im looking into the issue, let you know what I find. The solution may be to roll back to google doc preview. stay tuned.

I updated your plugin to the 3.0.1 version and everything seemed to have gone back to normal.
The Memphis Docs section has reappeared in the admin vertical column, but the mdoc posts section hasn’t.
How does your plug in work know? No more mdoc posts porduced after inserting a new document is inserted in the library?

There is no change to posts being created, I just removed it from the admin menu because it was causing confusion for people.

People would try and add posts to this category or edit things there or just wonder why it was there in general.

Is there some reason why you would need to see the posts created by mDocs? If so I can look for alternatives to removing it completely.

We are having the same issue. It has something to do with subfolders. Almost all of our document structure is subfolder-based.

Also, the name of the file appears to be missing in list view the admin, but not in the list view on the public side.

We’re on a multisite running 4.3 with no SSL.

Yeah no SSL is an issue currently, I’ve almost got it all working with my dev environment

Now I’m looking into why you have no titles in admin.
