 * I reinstalled the Breadcrumb plugin but I’m not sure how to fix this issue. Please
   advise.

 * The shortcode you shared is not the shortcode of this plugin. It is the shortcode
   of another plugin.
 * The shortcode of this plugin looks like this.
 * `[lwp_divi_breadcrumbs _builder_version=”4.9.4″ _module_preset=”default” hover_enabled
   =”0″ sticky_enabled=”0″][/lwp_divi_breadcrumbs]`
 * You will have to install the same plugin that was used to create those breadcrumbs
   to turn the shortcode into actual breadcrumbs.
