Breadcrumb NavXT 5.3.0 plugin update causing "Notice…"

Hi,

I recently updated the Breadcrumb NavXT 5.3.0 plugin and now I am getting messages on the top of select pages:

Notice: Array to string conversion in /home5/bluelio5/public_html/wp/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 959

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home5/bluelio5/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/breadcrumb-navxt/class.bcn_breadcrumb_trail.php on line 639

If I turn off my Breadcrumb plugin the notices go away. I tried to “modify” the plugin, but it did not yield any results. These pages have a taxonomy plugin connected to them as well. I only have an introductory understanding of php.

Please help.
