Breaking Widget Functionality in WP 3.6 jquery 1.10

    In WP 3.6 the widgets are no longer able to be toggled open or manipulated. JS is throwing the following error:

    Uncaught Error: no such method ‘select’ for tabs widget instance

    I believe it has to do with no select method for jQuery UI Tabs in jquery version in 3.6.
