# Breaks chat

 * Currently (End of Nov. 2019) it breaks the customer side chat. I can write to
   customer, but customer can only sometimes write one line and then gets endless
   loading for next messages. Sometimes even the first message won’t load. I can
   write to customer.

 * Hello, that is an issue in tawk.to chat widget. This plugin is only intended 
   to implement tawk.to in a certain way so it does not slow down the site. Once
   the chat is loaded, it’s up to tawk.to to work properly. The job of this plugin
   is over once the chat starts after certain delay. Please talk with tawk.to support
   to fix this problem. Thanks!
