I installed it and everything seemed to be working fine. Then today, I realized that google feedburner didn’t send out the email digest of our post published today. So after checking a few things I noticed that the feeds couldn’t be accessed and I got error 500- internal server error. Got in touch with the hosting company to see if they had made some changes maybe the permission on the servers were changed. We tried a few things but nothing worked. Since this is the first time this is happening, I thought I would deactivate your plugin (the only change to the website since this error started). As soon as I deactivated your plugin, the issue was resolved. * As-is I can’t use your plugin. I’ll do some thorough testing in a few hours. * Do you have access to the web server’s error log? Since this is a 500 error, there should be a PHP error message in there at the time the feed is accessed. The lack of any error message is a bit of a problem because without any error messages I have no idea what needs to be fixed… * I’ll try again to reproduce the issue. Version 2.8.4 will contain some extra checks. An error message either from the error log or the feedburner service is needed so as to know what causes the issue and if it’s related to Add-Meta-Tags. * Does this problem happen always or periodically. In case it happens periodically, it most probably has to do with server connectivity issues due to overload.
