 * I assume CLI can ignore the plugin requirements?
 * TSF requires PHP v7.2.0 or higher to work. Please check if you’re using at least
   that version on the server.
 * Please note that PHP v7.2 and v7.3 are considered insecure, and I urge upgrading
   to PHP 8 or higher.
