    Hello there,

We couldn’t reproduce the error you are having in our test environment.

Can you please send us the site link so that we can debug the error?

You can send us your site details to our support email [email protected] to check the issue in more details.

    Thanks

I followed everything to set up the Facebook link, it seemed OK after a few problems. It looked like it had worked, but I ended up getting a final message , on the end users screen, when I tested it while not logged in to my site:

App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

    Hello ABCDiamond,

You haven’t made your facebook app live so you are getting this error.
Please make the facebook app live.

    How?
    Please go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps
and select the app that you have created for facebook login

Now click on the ‘settings’ located on the left side menu.
There please add your contact email and please save changes.

Now go the ‘status and reviews’ menu there you will see
Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?
and please make the app live

    This should fix the problem.

    Thanks

    Thank you. That worked.

People without much experience in setting these things up, especially the Facebook side, may be quite confused, without full install details.

I am a bit nervous in trying the set up for Twitter and Google…

But it does look good and I may try it on my main sites later, after I have tested it for a while.

    Hi ABCDiamond,

You can easily setup Twitter and google app as well.
If you find any difficulty in setting up you can ask for support anytime.

    Thanks

    Hello, dev!

I’m having trouble logging with Facebook as well. I’ve enabled the app, like you suggested to the user above.

When I try to log in, I’m asked to approve the app. After I approve (and further on, when I try to log in), I’m returned to my page, without being logged in.

I also receive several (not one) emails about a new user registration, but the e-mail and username fields are blank.

I have no trouble logging in with a Google account.
