I just updated the plug-in and I’m getting the following error:
There was an issue generating the initialisation code for thie widget. Please try again by refreshing the page:
couldn’t connect to host
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Apologies for the issues generated when we upgraded the plugin.
The majority of these should be resolved now, if they aren’t then please open a new support ticket and we’ll deal with each one at a time.
We had some issues due to the popularity of the plugin affecting our persistence service, these should have been resolved a number of months ago.
I’m going to close this ticket.
