 * The 403 error regarding Facebook feed seems like a very common problem and I 
   see the author of the plugin [suggests disabling proxy for images](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/facebook-feed-images-not-working/#post-13122553).
 * [It is however locked](https://www.dropbox.com/s/60ofqzzue04hgvj/proxy-images.png?dl=0)
   behind the premium plan. To put it simply, in order to prevent the site feed 
   from breaking by a surprise, users are expected to upgrade just for that feature,
   even if they don’t need other premium features.
 * Seems a bit unethical and it should be looked at.
