# Broken CSS

 * When I receive emails (mac mail) I see a lot of codes in the content of the mail
   and subject. If i deactivate this plugin, everything is just fine. Please see
   screenshots of the problem:

    Did you create a custom template in your theme in a previous version 
   of my plugin? To check this have a look at /wp-content/themes/<your theme>/ If
   there’s a folder wp-html-mail please delete it. If not please send me a list 
   of your active plugins? I can’t see the problem on any of my test systems. best

 * I checked but there is no wp-html-mail folder in my theme. See the following

 * Could you please try to disable the retina image plugin? Maybe it adds srcset
   attributes to images. These are not supported by email clients.

 * Could you please try to reset your WP HTML Mail Settings?
    Add these lines to
   your themes functions.php:
 * delete_option(‘haet_mail_theme_options’);
    delete_option(‘haet_mail_options’);
   delete_option(‘haet_mail_plugin_options’);
 * Then load any page and remove the lines again. Now your settings are clean and
   you can try again to create your email template.

    thousands of plugins * thousands of themes = millions
   of possibilites If another email template plugin works for you please use this
   one, sorry.

 * How can I delete everything regarding this plugin? If i just delete it from “
   installed plugins” and install it again, it still remembers my design.
 * Maybe a clean install of this plugin works..

 * there’s a “delete all settings” button on the advanced tab now to have a clean
   install.
