Hi! I’m working on the final design / optimizations of my site before I start creating content. At this time, my header, footer, and Elementor posts widget are not loading with their custom styling. The styling that’s missing seem to all be those originating in Elementor’s theme builder, but other Elementor theme builder customizations are working in most other areas.

JetMenu is also loading broken, where my styling is mostly made inside of the Crocoblock plugin dashboard.

If I deactivate SGO, this all works fine. Purging my cache doesn’t affect anything.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @thosethingstheysaid,

I have checked the provided URL with the active and inactive SG Optimizer plugin. I have not found any differences in the headers and footers when the plugin is activated (please note that I have not changed any SGO settings).

Could you please provide a bit more information regarding the missing custom styling, so we can investigate the case further?

    Hi Delyan,

Thanks for your help. I suspected you would say that you saw no difference. I have flushed every single cache that I could and it doesn’t make sense for my header or footer not to be cached as I made them 6 months ago. You can take a look at what I’m seeing here.

This is logged out in Safari, and it looks the same in Chrome while I’m logged out as well.

The top and bottom of my sites should look like this and this.

Oh, and one more thing to add. With SGO activated, GTMetrix cannot find the LCP. Here is a screenshot.

    Hello @thosethingstheysaid ,

I inspected your website and found that the Combine CSS Files option is causing the .css to break and display white spaced in between.

Checking your website’s code I found that the website is using a lot of plugins that generate .css scripts and combining them is causing changes in the layout. I tried to exclude some of the scripts from combining but they are too many script handlers generated.

I would recommend you to keep that option disabled until optimization of the .css code is done by your developer that would allow combination without layout changes.

All of the other enhancements provided by the plugin are working and you can take benefit from them if needed.

As for the recently reported Lighthouse issue, while testing with GtMetrix, this doesn’t seem related to the SiteGround Optimizer as the same error is displayed even when the plugin is deactivated.

    Best regards,
    Georgi
