It works as far as we can tell… can you tell us what’s not working for you?
I’ll install it again and try it out but last time I had it installed the field to enter the redirect URL never appeared.
Ah, I see it working for Forums but not topics. Is it supposed to work for topics?
I suspect it might have been a mis understanding on my part as to what it’s supposed to function for, however if it was supposed to work for topics that would be seriously cool.
It was never intended to work for topics, just for forums. However, I’m not opposed to adding functionality!
bbPress Forum Redirect 1.1.0 was just released! It adds support for redirecting topics, as well as a fallback handler to prevent direct linking to forums/topics.
Just installed and tested it and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working.
In Chrome after a long wait I’m getting
“The page isn’t redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”
In I.E 9 I gave up waiting.
WordPress, BBPress etc all the latest versions.
