 * The input fields in reservation form are broken. In troubleshooting mode they
   show up fine but even with only the VikRestaurants enabled it appears broken.
   Any suggestion?

 * we apologize for the late reply but we totally missed your support request. I
   saw that at the URL you provided, VikRestaurants is no more available, therefore
   I can assume that you changed plugin for your table reservations.
 * Anyway, the issue you were experiencing was not complex at all. You simply had
   a CSS conflict with your theme, which could be fixed in a couple of minutes.
 * Additionally, with the newly released 1.3 version, under the customizer section
   of the plugin, you are now able to choose a more simple layout for the fields.
